Podiatry consultation fees
Initial consultation
$119
A comprehensive first appointment to assess your condition and discuss suitable treatment options.
Standard consultation
$99
For ongoing podiatry care, review and treatment following your assessment.
Treatment packages and products
Custom foot orthotics
$679
Includes a comprehensive consultation, gait analysis, 3D scans, a pair of custom-made foot orthoses and a fitting consultation.
Ingrown toenail surgery
Includes the procedure, post-operative dressings and two follow-up appointments.
Treated during the same procedure.
Health funds, Medicare and DVA
Private health insurance
Tyro HealthPoint is available for convenient on-the-spot health fund claims. Your rebate will depend on your fund and level of cover.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs
No out-of-pocket costs
A valid referral from your GP is required.
Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan referrals
If your GP refers you for podiatry treatment under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), you will pay the consultation fee in full and we will lodge the Medicare claim on your behalf.
As of 1st July 2026, the Medicare benefit for an eligible podiatry consultation under MBS item 10962 is $63.40. If Medicare approves the claim, the rebate will be paid into your registered bank account.
Prahran Foot Clinic does not offer bulk billing.
